I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with the hotel being very close to the popular Karol Bagh shopping place. the hotel provided convenient transportation options, making it easy to explore this city.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Comfortable beds and good location. The beds in this hotel were so cozy, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. And the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and public transport. Plus, there was a lovely park nearby where I could go for a morning walk and enjoy the fresh air.
They charge extra for bottled water while they don't provide proper drinking water otherwise. And to add to that, the tap water in the hotel was not suitable for drinking, so I had to keep buying water bottles.

Comfortable beds and good location made the stay somewhat bearable. the hotel was close to some of the most popular tourist attractions and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
I found the hotel to be quite disappointing. They charged extra for basic amenities like bottled water and coffee/tea packets that were complimentary at other hotels.
